I love this game, but somehow, within the first two weeks of playing, the game was patched, and it being patched made the loading screen start to take over 5 minutes, and then logging in took another 5 minutes just to be able to play the game, and now I can't get the server to connect, because of patch issues - it says the patch is missing, so I can't play anymore. this should be automatically resolvable, but it doesn't appear to be working correctly.

I personally love this game. It rewards being active consistently, and I like seeing the same people when i log in. In this game, there is only so much to do every day. Its a rare game where I get to feel "done" in a bite sized session. The art is amazing, the music is relaxing, and the progression systems have been CONSTANTLY evolving. Lots of QoL unlocks too. But beware. You WILL have to pay to be at the top of the leaderboards. And if you don't play often, you will be left behind.

The game looks fun, but I am giving it one star after reading through the privacy policy. The amount of access they ask for is ridiculous for a simple, cloud-based game. They claim the right to install files on your device without much justification, track background activity under the excuse of "anti-cheat," and sell off the data they gather. A basic game has zero reason to demand this kind of access to your phone. Definitely not worth the trade-off.
